Day 247

el2_247

An alternate shot of my grandfather from the farm a while back.

I'm really happy with these portraits.

I'm hoping the 4x5 lens will come in this week and try to squeak a couple in of Caleb and Laura. Did I mention that already?

Paper Daggers

My friend and old co-worker Josh has put together a site of his posters. He has an affinity for skulls. To each his own obsession!

I love his style, and incorporation of photos and type is genius. The symbolism is beautiful. And great, vivid color!

Ginger Williams

One of the sweet girls in town who is also extremely awesome, I haven't had the pleasure of getting to know (yet). This is Ginger Williams. Her art work has always stood out in our area, and she's always coming up with new styles it seems, but they all fit together in some way. They are creative in terms of subject, and I have noticed a progression in her talent over time.

Recently, she's created (or maybe she's only recently updated it) an etsy store. And now you can buy her work from all over the world! You are privileged! Take a look at her shapes and color palettes that make you want to sit back, relax, and eat an ice cream sandwich.
